What was previously an un-used space between the house and the garage became a multi-use space in this small urban yard. Concrete pavers with a small patch of Forever Lawn synthetic turf provide space for dining, lounging and socializing. A bubbling water feature adds a subtle background noise and pairs with the verdant plantings to transport visitors away from the concrete jungle.
